protein suppliments confusion


when we start workiƱ out the first thought dat comes to our mind "m workin so hard,I should take good diet also." den u look in kitchen nd realise its better to get a diet chart. bt do u think normal diet can help u building a good physique. so the next thought is protein supliments. dis is the point where we all make mistake. friends our body is an incredible machine designed by god and the beest way to keep a machine healthy is to use that fuel which is prescribed by designer.
to have a perfect body we should eat a totally natural diet. if u r working hard than u should prefer protein rich diet. there are several protein rich diet like pulses(best),meat,vegetables,egg,etc. u shud intake carbohydrate but in limited amount. boiled vegetables are the bestest .  you should not consider the muscles developed suppliments cool as it is not natural and thus is just a show piece. soo don't get confused just work hard and eat healthy natural diet wth sufficien amount of water and u will get what u want
